Dr. Tenson Edmonds

Tenson has been a practicing Physical Therapist since 2002 in areas such as: orthopaedics, neuromuscular conditions and respiratory therapy. A former stand out athlete at the famed “Purple Power” School in Jamaica, Kingston College. he is without question one of the regions top Physiotherapist and is qualified in a vast range of Physiotherapy modalities, with a specific emphasis on movement. He has worked with all population groups, however, he especially enjoys working with children and athletes. Tenson is also a member of Jamaica's Amateur Athletic Association, the Jamaica Track & Field Coaches Association and has served as physiotherapist for various Jamaican National Track & Field Teams, which has presented him with the opportunity of working with some of the world’s elite athletes. He has also served as Physiotherapist for the Cayman Islands National Football teams as well as the National Track & Field teams from time to time. A former Officer in the Jamaica Defence Force he brings to the Academy a comfortable but no-nonsense approach to training
